Everyone has their own battles, everyone has problems, and everyone has their own way of dealing with it. But there are problems for which you can't do anything; you just have to find your way to not let it affect your mental health🤍.
And a note - crying or venting out actually helps, so if you want to vent or cry, just do it; don’t keep it inside. I know it's not easy, but it actually helps🤍.
Someone once told me this: Many of us tend to store our emotions and thoughts inside ourselves. Just like a trash bin, when we overfill it without cleaning it out, it starts to stink. Similarly, one day, your mind can reach its limit, and all the emotions you have kept inside will come out at once. It can be overwhelming and, in a way, it's just as unpleasant as the trash bin—it will also stink…….You know what I mean.
